Quality control

We developed our quality control system in 2004, and introduced it in 2004.06.28. The quality control contains natural scientifical, information technological basic and applied research, planning, development, information system planning, developing, producing, and the connecting services, namely the full spectrum of our companies activities. We received the certificate on 09.01.2005.

The certificate contains not only the usual regulation according to MSz EN ISO 9001:2001, but we won the certificate according to the AQAP 2110:2003 normative document. That is the official regulation of the NATO purchases, it is built on the ISO standards and it contains complementary criterias.

Our Quality Control handbook contains the general regulation. We regulate our most important processes by the following procedures:

The regulation of handling quality controll documents and the paper based files.

It regulates the maintenance, development and usage of our informatics system, it ensures the safety of the electronically stored documents

These two procedures are related two each other and regulate the preparing for projects (tender and offer preparing), and the management of projects.

We regulated our software development activity by an especially detailed way. Our technology is based on the UML based Unified Sofware Development Process technology, but we adjust it for the various type and volume of the tasks. The process regulates the activities, the preparing documents and the development flexibly. The regulation suits the AQAP 150 normative document.

It regulates the the yearly internal reviews. Three of our collegues has audit education, so we are able to ensure the independent monitoring.

It regulates risk measuring and –management suitable for AQAP criterias. It is obligatory to use it at military related projects, but we usually use it at bigger projects.

Configuration handling is to ensure the products specification from the beginning of the project, and the important changes to be executed only in agreement with the procurer, and to ensure the dispatched products appropriateness and maintenance. In connection with the software development regulation we register severely the components of the dispatched product, in this way the version that is exactly equal to the original might be resettled anytime.

It regulates the preparation of quality plan that suits the AQAP requirements.

It ensures the project control for the Representative of Military Quality Control Organisation at military projects.

Suitable for the AQAP requirements it regulates the planning and handling of reliability and maintenance, in case of the procurers order.
